House / Site Visits

Unfortunately, not all problems can be solved remotely or over the phone, some will require a visit to your house or site. Of course, any hardware installation will require a visit.

Our standard charge is per hour, however if you take out a subscription the hourly rate is reduced depending on what level you have chosen.

Most installations take 1 or 2 hours, if the engineer believes it will take longer, they will keep you informed. When attending site to resolve problems, it's somewhat harder to accurately calculate the time required. In some cases it could be cheaper and quicker for us to collect the equipment, diagnose and resolve the problem, then return the equipment back to you.
